 Florilegium auditions new voices just before and at the start of each concert cycle (September, January & March). While openings in each section fluctuate slightly from season to season, we are always interested in hearing new voices of all ranges.

The choir rehearses on Monday nights at Trinity Lutheran Church. The choir's schedule revolves around performing three main concerts each year, with occasional additional concerts and collaborative ventures. Eight to ten rehearsals precede each concert. The challenging material and compressed rehearsal schedule demand significant musicianship, sight-singing skills, and effort outside of rehearsals. We perform a cappella and with accompaniment, as called for by the repertoire.

The prospective choir member will be asked to sing a short (2-3 minute) prepared piece, sightread, and participate in a brief interview. If you are interested in auditioning, please tap Contact on the menu bar above.
